In 1981, my wife and I came to this great nation as immigrants. America is the automotive kingdom. Seeing thousands of cars rushing on the freeways; it inspired us that there could be opportunities if we could get into the automotive industry.
​
Thus, we started an automotive business called Topline Products.
In 1984, we incorporated Topline Products and started our business as a one man, one desk operation. The vision to provide the best quality automotive parts to fulfill automotive demands and to improve the driving experience were put into action. We had a humble beginning. After several years, our business grew from 2,000 square feet warehouse space to 5,000, then to 9,000, 30,000 square feet.

It was in 1995, our 30,000 square feet warehouse was packed with inventory, we outgrew the space and needed to move to a larger facility. The Chinese idiom – [Where there is Land, there is wealth] inspired us to search for a land to build our own warehouse to distribute our Topline Automotive Parts.
​
We could not afford popular Industrial cities in Los Angeles. therefore, we acquired a strawberry farmland in the City of Montclair. This started the Montclair Property Investment, LLC.
​
With comprehensive understandings from a small business to large scale operations, we were able to build diverse specifications to fit different levels of requirements to run efficient operations for importers, distribution centers for different sizes of businesses.
